Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves on our customer service and stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, please email us at support@ai13.us to begin the return process.

If your product arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect, please include photos of the item and a brief description of the issue. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If a return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, Ai13 Billet Products will cover the return shipping costs.

If a return is requested because the incorrect product was ordered, the product is no longer needed, or the item does not fit the customer's application, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Orders placed on Ai13.us are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in like-new condition and include all original parts and packaging. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping and handling charges.

If you received free domestic shipping on your original order and return a product for reasons other than a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any returned items that have been opened, installed, used, or returned with damaged packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you purchased your item from a third-party retailer and not directly from Ai13.us, any return or exchange must be handled through the original seller.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to process and post to your payment account. If you have not received your refund after that amount of time, please contact us at support@Ai13.us.Â
