The Ai13 Billet 20-Liter Military Fuel Cap is precision-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and designed to fit 20L Military Fuel Containers (MFC) commonly used by the U.S. and Canadian military. This includes the widely used Scepter-style military fuel cans trusted by overlanders, off-road enthusiasts, military users, and professionals who rely on dependable fuel storage.
This billet cap replaces the factory plastic lid with a stronger, longer-lasting solution designed for real-world use.
Factory plastic caps get the job done, but over time they can crack, wear out, or fail in harsh environments. We designed this billet cap as a permanent upgrade that improves durability, sealing, and reliability.
Each cap features a fuel-resistant Viton® O-ring that provides a tight, leak-free seal for gasoline, diesel, and other fuels. A stainless steel braided tether keeps the cap attached to the container when removed, eliminating the weak plastic lanyards that commonly break on standard caps.
The tether mounts with a machined rotating connection, allowing it to move freely without twisting or binding during use.
